Common use of Customer Objection Clause in Contracts

Customer Objection. Provided that your objection is reasonable and related to data protection concerns, you may object to any Sub-Processor by sending an email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. If you object to any Sub-Processor and your objection is reasonable and related to data protection concerns, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to make available to you a means of avoiding the processing of Your Customer Data by the objected-to Sub-Processor. If Practifi is unable to make available such change within a reasonable period of time, which will not exceed 30 days, You may terminate the portion of any Agreement relating to the Services that cannot be reasonably provided without the objected-to new Sub-processor by providing written notice to Practifi.
