Customer Located in the United States. If Customer is located in the United States, the arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, which are available at the AAA web site at xxx.xxx.xxx. The Agreement shall be considered to be made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce and shall be governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act.
