Common use of Customer Infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Customer Infrastructure. Customer will maintain any traffic control devices at enforced locations in good working order and ensure that stop lines or speed zones are clearly marked, as applicable. For Customer owned or controlled poles, Customer will provide Sensys Gatso with access to such poles, and electricity for operation of the Cameras on such poles, at no charge to Sensys Gatso.
