Customer Files. All materials relating to the customers of the Business (the "CUSTOMER FILES") who are currently or have been since December 31, 2001 customers, are complete and accurate in all material respects. Except as set forth on SCHEDULE 3.14, no Seller has any materials or information relating to the customers of the Business other than the Customer Files.
