Customer Data Return. Prior to termination or expiration of the Subscription Term, at Customer`s request, SAP shall provide to Customer, within a reasonable time period in a reasonable backup media format utilized by SAP, a final export of the Customer Data stored in the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, PE System. Customer must verify the usability of this export within two weeks of receipt.
