Customer Consent. EGS represents and warrants to DLC that prior to accessing the System and reviewing Customer Information, EGS shall have obtained Customer's written consent and shall retain a copy of such written consent. DLC reserves the right to audit EGS's records to verify compliance with this Agreement.
