CUSTOMER CERTIFICATION. Customer certifies (1) that no more than 10% of the Services will be for the transport of interstate data and (2) that it will not interconnect the Services with another carrier for voice-over internet protocol applications or services and will not use the Services to connect to the public switched telephone network (“PSTN”).
