CUSTOMER CERTIFICATION. Purchaser shall have received a certificate from Seller that, to the best of its Knowledge, no customer listed on Schedule 8.1.13 will cease to do business with Purchaser after, or as a result of, consummation of the transactions contemplated under this Agreement (the “Customer Certification”).
