Customer Authentication. I authorize My wireless carrier to use or disclose information about My account and My wireless device, if available, to AIS or its service provider for the duration of My business relationship, solely to help them identify Me or My wireless device and to prevent fraud. I have reviewed the Ally Privacy Notice and understand how AIS treats My data.
Customer Authentication. Company will provide to Elavon such Customer information as Elavon reasonably requests to perform its obligations under this Addendum.
1. If Company has selected Secure Handoff Customer authentication for the Paycentric ▇▇▇▇ Pay Services, Company will authenticate the identity of each Customer prior to allowing the Customer to access the Paycentric ▇▇▇▇ Pay Services to initiate a payment to Company. Elavon may rely on such authentication and the accuracy of the Customer information Company provides. Elavon will not be responsible for authenticating the Customer or for any Transaction (whether or not the result of fraud or other unauthorized access) processed with respect to a Customer that accesses the Paycentric ▇▇▇▇ Pay Services after a Company Secure Handoff. “Secure Handoff” means a data string in a Paycentric ▇▇▇▇ Pay Services-specified format that is passed securely to the Paycentric ▇▇▇▇ Pay Services platform after Company’s authentication of a Customer on Company’s website. The data passed to the Paycentric ▇▇▇▇ Pay Services platform includes information used to identify the payer, amount due, and other data relevant to the effective processing of the Transaction.

Customer Authentication. Any support requests sent to the Company from Customers, for information about their service or to request assistance must be validated to ensure they are who they say they are. This will reduce the risk of loss of confidentiality and data breaches. In the event that an unauthorized individual contacts the Company: • The procedures and policies outlining authorization requests, including a blank authorization form if onetime only, are provided to the client who is advised to have these filled by an authorised contact; • No requests are entertained from the unauthorized client; • An e-mail is sent to the Authorised official and/or contract signatory with the name and request of the individual requesting access.
