Customer Audits. On-site audits are limited to one day per year and scheduled by mutual agreement. Customers must contact ACC’s Audit Coordinator to initiate the audit approval and scheduling process. A current confidentiality agreement is required and auditors are required to comply with applicable ACC Quality and Safety procedures. ACC SOPs are available for viewing during on-site audit, neither original SOPs or copies will be made available outside of the company.
