Common use of Customer Applications and Code Clause in Contracts

Customer Applications and Code. If Customer, a third party acting on Customer’s behalf, or a User creates non-derivative applications or program code, Customer authorizes Company to host, copy, transmit, display and adapt any such applications and program code, solely as necessary for Company to provide the Purchased Services in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the above, Company acquires no right, title or interest from Customer or Customer’s licensors in or to such applications or program code, including any intellectual property rights therein.

Customer Applications and Code. If Customer, a third party acting on Customer’s behalf, or a an Authorized User creates non-derivative applications or program codecode using the Purchased Services, Customer authorizes Company authorize Provider to host, copy, transmit, display and adapt any such applications and program code, solely as necessary for Company Provider to provide the Purchased Services in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the above, Company Provider acquires no right, title or interest from Customer or Customer’s Customer licensors under this Agreement in or to such applications or program code, including any intellectual property rights Intellectual Property Rights therein.
