Common use of Customer Application Clause in Contracts

Customer Application. If Customer is providing a Customer Application for analysis by the Services, then Customer represents and warrants that it has the right to provide the Customer Application to Kryptowire for use and analysis in connection with the Services, that the Customer Application does not violate the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party, and that the Customer Application does not contain any viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other destructive computer program or application.
