Common use of Custom Solutions Clause in Contracts

Custom Solutions. If You require Us to perform for You certain professional services, custom development work, which is not included in the definition of Maintenance and Support under Our Maintenance and Support Terms of Service, or provide other Custom solutions, You will need to request such Additional Work by submitting an Order. You will be charged for such Custom solutions at Our then current rates and such Custom solutions will be subject to the terms of Our CSTs which form a Schedule to this Agreement.
