Custody of Receivables Files. In connection with the sale, transfer and assignment of the Receivables to the Trust pursuant to this Agreement and pursuant to the related Transfer Agreement, the Servicer shall act, until such time as the Servicer resigns as Servicer or is replaced as Servicer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, as custodian for the benefit of the Indenture Trustee of the following documents or instruments with respect to each Receivable:
