Custodial Accounts and Buydown Fund Accounts. The Servicer shall establish and maintain the Custodial Account for P&I, Buydown Fund Accounts (if any) and the special Custodial Account for Reserves and shall deposit or cause to be deposited therein within 48 hours of receipt the following amounts received or advanced by the Servicer with respect to the Mortgage Loans:
