Curtain rails Sample Clauses
The CURTAIN RAILS clause defines the responsibilities regarding the provision, installation, or maintenance of curtain rails within a property. Typically, it specifies whether the landlord or tenant is required to supply and fit curtain rails, and may outline standards for their condition or removal at the end of a tenancy.
