Curriculum and Standards. 6.6.1. In recognition of the Directors’ obligation to the Secretary of State to provide a broad and balanced curriculum, the Directors shall be responsible for the setting and review of the curriculum but shall have regard to, but not be bound by, any views of the LGB. So long as the Academy is judged by OFSTED to be Good or Outstanding it is the intention of the Directors that they will not change the curriculum of the Academy without the prior agreement of the LGB.
