The Current Zoning clause defines the existing zoning classification of a property at the time of the agreement. This clause ensures that both parties are aware of the property's legal use limitations and helps prevent disputes by clarifying what activities or developments are allowed on the property at the time of sale or lease.
Current Zoning. The City agrees that it will annex the Project under the Mountain Community Zone. The Mountain Community Zone (MCZ- chapter 18.66 of the Heber City Code) was approved by the City Council on August 16, 2018. Changes to this zoning in order to follow the principles of 2050 Envision Heber General Plan Update may be made by the City . Any and all zones or future zones shall apply to the Town Centers.
