Current Tenants. I/We acknowledge that a number of other Tenants of the residential property took possession prior to the residential property being designated as Smoke Free and are not subject to a Smoke Free requirement for the duration of their tenancies, but are subject to non-smoking requirements (no smoking in any buildings, or within 30 feet of openings).
