Current Status. The use term of the state-owned construction land use right under this contract is 50 years, counting from the date when the assigned land is delivered according to the Article 6 of this contract. In case applying for completion of the formalities on state-owned construction land use right, which is previously allotted (or leased), the use term shall be counted from the date when the contract is signed.
