Current Proceedings. No Group Company or Business Seller is involved whether as claimant or defendant or other party in any claim, legal action, proceeding, suit, litigation, prosecution, investigation, enquiry or arbitration (other than as claimant in the collection of debts arising in the ordinary course of its business none of which exceeds €500,000) which is material to the business of the Group.

Current Proceedings.
