Common use of Current Payments Clause in Contracts

Current Payments. Except as expressly set forth in Section 2.30 of the Magellan Disclosure Schedule, all proceeds from the sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Poplar Properties are currently being paid to Poplar, and no material portion of such proceeds is currently being held in suspense by any Person by whom proceeds are paid except for immaterial amounts.
