Common use of Current Los Angeles City Business Tax Registration Certificate Required Clause in Contracts

Current Los Angeles City Business Tax Registration Certificate Required. If applicable, CONTRACTOR represents that it has obtained and presently holds the Business Tax Registration Certificate(s) required by the CITY'S Business Tax Ordinance, Section 21.00 et seq. of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. For the term covered by this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall maintain, or obtain as necessary, all such Certificates required of it under the Business Tax Ordinance, and shall not allow any such Certificate to be revoked or suspended.
