Common use of Current Board Clause in Contracts

Current Board. The Board of Directors is comprised of the eight following individuals: ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇, C. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ (each, a “Current Director” and, collectively, the “Current Board”). Each Current Director shall hold office until his successor is elected or appointed and qualified, or until his or her earlier death, resignation or removal in accordance with this Article 6. The Current Board shall have all of the powers and authorities accorded to the Board of Directors, and each Current Director shall have all of the powers and authorities accorded the directors of the Company under the terms of this Agreement.”
