Common use of Current Assets Clause in Contracts

Current Assets. all assets (1) the value of which is expected to be realized, or intended for sale or use within the normal operating cycle, or (2) which it holds primarily for trading purposes, or (3) the value of which is expected to be realized within the next 12 (twelve) months, or (4) which are cash or cash equivalent, except the cases when their exchange or use to settle a liability is restricted for at least the next 12 (twelve) months.
