Common use of Currency of Payments Clause in Contracts

Currency of Payments. All payments hereunder shall (except in any case where Lessee is obliged to pay any amount to Lessor or indemnify or reimburse an Indemnitee in respect of any amount, and such amount is denominated in another currency, in which case Lessee shall pay such amount in such other currency) be made in US Dollars in immediately available funds on the due date for payment settled through the New York Clearing House System (or such other funds as may for the time being be customary for the settlement in New York City of international payment in dollars).
