Common use of Currency of Contract Clause in Contracts

Currency of Contract. The currency of the contract will be in Omani Rials (OMR) or US Dollar. In the case of a tender submitted by an individual or companies abroad, it is permitted to write the prices in foreign currency provided the equivalent Oman currency must be mentioned. Tender in foreign currency without the equivalent Oman currency will be rejected.
