Common use of Currency and Manner of Payments in Respect of Securities Clause in Contracts

Currency and Manner of Payments in Respect of Securities. (a) With respect to Securities of any series not permitting the election provided for in paragraph (b) below or the Holders of which have not made the election provided for in paragraph (b) below, payment of the principal of, premium (if any) and interest (if any) on such Security of such series will be made in the Currency in which such Security is payable. The provisions of this Section 3.12 may be modified or superseded with respect to any Securities pursuant to Section 3.01.
