Common use of Cure Rights of Lender Clause in Contracts

Cure Rights of Lender. The non-granting Party shall provide Notice of the occurrence of any Event of Default described in Section 12.1 or 12.2 hereof to any Lender, and such Party shall accept a cure performed by any Lender and shall negotiate in good faith with any Lender as to the cure period(s) that will be allowed for any Lender to cure any granting Party Event of Default hereunder. The non-granting Party shall accept a cure performed by any Lender so long as the cure is accomplished within the applicable cure period so agreed to between the non-granting Party and any Lender. Notwithstanding any such action by any Lender, the granting Party shall not be released and discharged from and shall remain liable for any and all obligations to the non-granting Party arising or accruing hereunder.
