Curbs. Concrete curb and gutter, of cross-section approved by the Director of Infrastructure and Development, shall be provided along all edges of paved roadway surface. Terminations at the limits of the subdivision shall be either joined to existing concrete curbs or rounded to reduce hazard to traffic. Construction shall conform to OPSS 353.
Curbs. Developer shall construct all curbs and curb depressions as shown on the Plan providing sufficient curb depressions for each building as shown thereon.
Curbs. A. Sidewalks or SUPs on Transportation Structures shall have curbs along their outside edges which project at least 100 mm above the finished top of sidewalk or SUP and are a minimum of 150 mm wide.

The Owner agrees to construct curbs on all roads as shown on the Plan of Subdivision including all existing roads adjacent to the Plan of Subdivision in which underground services are being installed by the Owner as part of the works being provided pursuant to this Agreement according to the specifications of the Municipal Engineer and as described on Schedule "R" to this Agreement within the time limits set out in the said schedule.
Curbs concrete extruded curbs shall be provided at the perimeter of the car parking and truck maneuvering areas.

B. Handicapped ramps will be provided as required by code.
