Cumulative. The obligations of Guarantor hereunder are in addition to any other obligations it may now or hereafter have to the Lender, and shall not be affected in any way by the delivery to the Lender by Guarantor or any other guarantor of any other guaranty, or any combination thereof. All rights and remedies of the Lender and all obligations of Guarantor under this Guaranty are cumulative.
