Cumulative. The assignment of production and proceeds contained herein shall not be construed to limit in any way the other rights and remedies of Secured Party hereunder, including its right to accelerate the indebtedness evidenced by the Obligations upon an Event of Default and the other rights and remedies herein conferred, conferred in the other documents and instruments evidencing, securing or relating to the Obligations, or conferred by operation of law. Monies received under the assignment of production and proceeds contained herein shall not be deemed to have been applied in payment of the Obligations unless and until such monies actually are applied thereto by Secured Party.
