University is entitled to invoice Collaborator for its annual fee for CY21 according to the elected level, noting that the cumulative amounts for Sponsor status in Exhibit B are for three years of anticipated annual fees. Consequently, the annual fee for a given Sponsorship level is one-third of the “cumulative” amounts reflected in Exhibit B.
