Cumulative Deductions. With respect to a Licensed Product in the Territory, in no event shall a deduction or cumulative deductions reduce the royalty payment made by Hansoh in respect of Net Sales of such Licensed Product in the Territory by more than [***] ([***]) of the royalties otherwise payable by Hansoh to Viela under Section 5.4(a) with respect to such Licensed Product.
