Common use of Cumulation Clause in Contracts

Cumulation. For purposes of determining whether a good is originating, an exporter or producer may accumulate its production with that of one or more producers in the territory of one or both parties, of materials that are incorporated into the good so that the production of the materials is considered as done by that exporter or producer provided that it complies with the provisions of article 6-03.
