Cumulation. All rights and remedies enumerated in this Agreement will be cumulative and none will exclude any other right or remedy permitted herein or by law.

Cumulation. 1. Each Party shall provide that direct costs of processing operations performed in one or both of the Parties as well as the value of materials produced in the territory of one or both of the Parties may be counted without limitation toward satisfying the 35 percent value-content requirement specified in Article 5.1(b).
Cumulation. 1. A good which is to be treated as originating pursuant to Article 3.2 (Originating Goods) and is used in the production of a good or goods in the territory of the other Party shall be considered to originate in the territory of that other Party.

Cumulation. For the purpose of the origin requirements, materials or products originating in the territory of any of the Parties, incorporated in particular goods in the territory of the other Party, shall be considered as goods originating in the Party where final production takes place.
