Cumulation of Remedies. The various rights, options, elections, powers, and remedies of the respective parties hereto granted by this Agreement are in addition to any others to which the parties may be entitled to by law, shall be construed as cumulative, and no one of them is exclusive of any of the others, or of any right of priority allowed by law.
