CTE/CPE Clause Samples

The CTE/CPE clause establishes requirements for Continuing Technical Education (CTE) or Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for individuals or entities covered by the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the minimum number of hours or credits that must be completed within a certain period, specifies approved providers or subject areas, and may require documentation of compliance. Its core function is to ensure that professionals maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills relevant to their field, thereby promoting ongoing competence and compliance with industry standards.
CTE/CPE. The CTE/CPE employed today consists of channel banks, digital loop carrier equipment, DSUs, routers, bridges and hubs. Most Lit Buildings have loop carrier equipment deployed as a matter of course to provision voice services. Other devices are selected and deployed at the time of customer order based on the services to be offered to the customer.
CTE/CPE. The CTE/CPE employed today is expected to change dramatically to integrated edge devices and customer premises equipment, which will provide flow-through logical and virtual provisioning as a much more graceful solution to the current challenges of physical provisioning of broadband integrated voice, data and video services. These edge devices, unlike today's solutions, will be deployed as a matter of course based on the expectation that cost-effective solutions will be developed to justify doing so.
