Crowns. For rebuilding natural teeth where other restorative material cannot be used satisfactorily.

Recement or rebond inlay, onlay, veneer or partial coverage restoration. 5. Recementation/rebonding and repair of crowns and/or inlays, allowed as required. 6. Labial veneers.
