Crowd Control. The Operator shall have the right to eject or cause to be ejected from the Sports Center any person whose conduct is unlawful or otherwise objectionable. In addition, the County and the Operator shall each have the right to make announcements at any time during Park Events and activities in the interest of public safety, proper operation of the Sports Center, crowd control and compliance with applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and rules.
