Cross Slope. Construct a pavement surface with cross slopes in compliance with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
Cross Slope. (1) No more than a 1:50 (2%) cross slope shall be constructed on a walkway that is an accessible route.
Cross Slope. Construct a pavement surface with cross slopes in compliance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Furnish a level with a minimum length of 4 feet or a digital measuring device approved by the Engineer for the control of cross slope. Make this level or measuring device available at the jobsite at all times during paving operations. Utilize electronic transverse screed controls on the paving machine (unless directed otherwise by the Engineer) to obtain an accurate transverse slope of the pavement surface.

  • Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit (a) It is understood that an employee shall not be transferred by the Hospital to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent except in the case of temporary assignments not exceeding six (6) months. This period may be extended a further six (6) months upon the agreement of the employee and the Hospital. Such employees on temporary assignments shall remain members of the bargaining unit.
