Cross Connect Availability Sample Clauses

The Cross Connect Availability clause defines the obligations and standards regarding the provision and maintenance of physical or virtual connections between different networks or systems within a facility, such as a data center. Typically, this clause outlines the timeframe for making cross connects available, the process for requesting them, and any limitations or service levels that apply. Its core practical function is to ensure that customers or tenants have reliable and timely access to necessary network interconnections, thereby supporting operational continuity and minimizing downtime or connectivity issues.
