CRM System Services. Vendor shall provide the CRM System functionality and fully support the CRM System operations and requirements throughout the Contract Term and as required by this Contract. In addition to providing this CRM System functionality, Vendor agrees to implement additional optimization initiatives to enhance functionality. Vendor shall work cooperatively with FHKC and FHKC’s vendors and agency partners to recommend opportunities to enhance functionality, create efficiencies, and improve the Customer and User experience. At the time of the Effective Date of Services, the CRM System performs on [TBD application/platform].
