Critical Dates. Seller and Purchaser agree as follows: (a) The period commencing on the Effective Date of this Agreement and expiring at 5:00 p.m., Central Time, on December 14, 2018 is the “Inspection Period”. (b) The Closing (defined in Section 9) will be December 28, 2018. The dates in this Section are subject to extension only as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
