Crib Money Clause Samples

Crib Money. (a) An employee working in excess of then (10) hours on any day from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays, shall be entitled to a further payment of 20 minutes at double time rates. (b) For each five (5) hours worked on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday an employee must receive a further payment of 20 minutes pay at double time rates.
