Common use of Creditor Reports Clause in Contracts

Creditor Reports. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished generally to other holders of the securities of Holdings, the Parent Borrower, any other Loan Party or any of their respective Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of any indenture (including, without limitation, the Senior Notes Indenture), loan or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lender Parties pursuant to any other subsection of this Section 5.03.
