Common use of Creditor Consents Clause in Contracts

Creditor Consents. The creditors set forth on SCHEDULE 7.10 hereto shall have agreed in writing with each of the Companies as to the amounts owed in order for such creditors to have been paid in full and to release all Liens in favor of such creditors.
