Common use of CREDIT REFERENCE BUREAU Clause in Contracts

CREDIT REFERENCE BUREAU. 11.1. By signing the Application, the Client gives Bank his consent to collect, store, use and transfer information about him to the Credit Reference Bureau and distribute such information through the Credit Reference Bureau (herein after referred to as "Credit Reference Bureau"). 11.2. Information on the list, name and address of the Credit Reference Bureau is available on the Bank's Official Website. By signing the Application, the Customer confirms that he was duly informed about the name and address of the Credit Reference Bureau.

By signing the Application, the Client gives the Bank his consent to collectthe collection, storestorage, use and transfer of information about him to the Credit Reference Bureau credit history bureau and distribute such information to the distribution through the Credit Reference Bureau credit history bureau (herein after referred to as hereinafter - "Credit Reference Bureau")) of information about him/her. 11.2. Information on the list, name and address of the Credit Reference Bureau is available on the Bank's Official Website. By signing the Application, the Customer Client confirms that he was duly informed about has been properly notified of the name and address of the Credit Reference Bureau.
