Common use of Credit Information Clause in Contracts

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller NC Capital Corporation to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such MortgagePurchaser;

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller NC Capital to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such MortgagePurchaser;

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller Company to the Purchaser, that Seller the Company has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller Responsible Party to the Purchaser, that Seller Responsible Party has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller Company to the Purchaser, that Seller Company has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;

Credit Information. As Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing to each Buyer the applicable consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or and all other credit information furnished by the Seller relating to the Purchasereach Purchased Mortgage Loan sold hereunder, that Seller has full right and authority and is Buyer will not be precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information materials to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of related Approved Takeout Investor by such Mortgage;laws.

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller Company to the Purchaser, that Seller the Company has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and to the best of Company's knowledge, the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller Company to the Purchaser, that Seller the Company has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded by the terms of the Mortgage Loan Documents from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller Guarantor to the PurchaserBuyer, that Seller the Guarantor has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser Buyer and the Purchaser Buyer is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;Mortgage Loan.

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the PurchaserBuyer in connection with a Mortgage Loan, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and Buyer and, to the Purchaser best of Seller’s knowledge, the Buyer is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;Mortgage Loan.

As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;. The Seller has and shall in its capacity as servicer, for each Mortgage Loan, fully furnished, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the PurchaserTrust, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser Trust and the Purchaser Trust is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser Trust of such Mortgage;

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the PurchaserBuyer in connection with a Mortgage Loan, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser Buyer and its designee and, to the Purchaser best of Seller’s knowledge, the Buyer is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;Mortgage Loan.

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such MortgagePurchaser;

As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller Option One to the Purchaser, that Seller Option One has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser Purchaser, and to the best of Responsible Party's knowledge, the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the PurchaserBuyer, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser Buyer and the Purchaser Buyer is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;.

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the PurchaserBuyer, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser Buyer and the Purchaser Buyer is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;. Seller shall hold Buyer harmless from any and all damages, losses, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such MortgagePurchaser;

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the PurchaserBuyer in connection with a Mortgage Loan, that the applicable Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and Buyer and, to the Purchaser best of the applicable Seller’s knowledge, the Buyer is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;Mortgage Loan.

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded by the terms of the Mortgage Loan Documents from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage. This representation and warranty is a Deemed Material Breach Representation;

Credit Information. As Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing to each Buyer the applicable consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or and all other credit information furnished by the Seller relating to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;each Purchased Mortgage Loan sold hereunder.

Credit Information. As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller Aames Capital Corporation to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such MortgagePurchaser;

Credit Information. As Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing to each Buyer the applicable consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or and all other credit information furnished by the Seller to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;relating

As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the PurchaserBuyer in connection with a Mortgage Loan, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage;Buyer.
