Credit Card Agreements. Each Loan Party will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into any arrangements (including, without limitation, Credit Card Agreements) after the Closing Date with respect to the processing and/or payment to such Loan Party or such Subsidiary of the proceeds of any credit card charges, debit card charges, and charge card charges for sales made by such Loan Party or such Subsidiary other than those listed Schedule 4.31 unless Agent has received a Credit Card Notification with respect thereto. 6.17
